Postcoded

I like to occasionally work with easily accessible materials, partly because I tend to doodle on whatever is closest! The bright vivid colours and shape of ‘Post It’ notes where always nearby… Before realising I was drawing windows, lots of windows. The idea that both the Post It / Post Codes and the blocks of flat’s windows could be combined to make landscapes became slightly obsessive! The final touches of the dots and outlines I felt really brought these intriguing landscapes to life.
